Visara International Launches New Indirect Sales Channel Program

Research Triangle Park, N.C. - August 7, 2003 - Visara International., a global provider and innovator of network computing solutions, is pleased to announce a new indirect channel sales program named PartnerFocus. This new reseller program provides both differentiation and clarity surrounding the delivery of Thin Client solutions to the marketplace through a select group of Business Partners.

The new PartnerFocus program creates two levels of Visara resellers: Innovator and Advanced Innovator. In addition to access to an outstanding set of Thin Client hardware and software solutions, the Innovator level partner will be provided with sales training and systems engineering support, plus cooperative marketing programs. Advanced Innovator level partners will receive additional cooperative marketing funds, sales incentive programs and quarterly Top Producer awards as well as demonstration units, technical training certification and dedicated systems engineering support.
