Authorized Service Providers

Visara has established a certification program for those service organizations that wish to provide quality service to their customers. The certified ASP has demonstrated capability in the repair and maintenance of Visara, MTX and Memorex Telex products.

Why select a certified ASP? Many companies have been in business servicing Visara, MTX and Memorex Telex equipment without receiving certification. However, only those who are Visara certified have Visara-trained technicians, and access to the following:

  • New spare parts (only available through Visara)
  • 3rd level Engineering support
  • Techlink technical website
  • Engineering Change Documentation (ECs)
  • Engineering upgrades and product revision information
  • Service Advisory Reports (SARs) – latest quick fixes and solutions to commonly reported problems
  • FTP Server – download latest code
